Homework
After we had crossed over the border yesterday I asked the girls to write about
one of their favourite things from the trip. Claudia said she didn't know how to
write so she drew a picture instead. I transcribed Angela's and Gillian's words
as they wrote them. I didn't put all of Angela's story in since she wrote about
6 pages.

I am going to tell a story abuot my trip across the cuonchry. My favorit place
was Drumhiller because It has a Museum and it was full of Dionosuars!! and I love
dionosuars....
...We took a fary to Vancover Iland and went and vistid my dads cosons doter
named Eden and we stad at her house 3 day and wille were there we went to the bug
zoo and you got to hold the bugs. then we went to the tide pools and we were having
lunch and we dsided to go up on a rock and I slipt and my leg fell in a tide pool
and it was very deep and I was lucky that my leg only fell in!...
My Favourite Part
My favourite part about our trip was in B.C. on Vancouver island when we went
to Botanical Beach. Along the trail we saw banana slugs, they were about 10 cm long
but when I picked one up it stretched about 15 cm long. On the beach we saw tons
of mussels, sea anenomi and urchens. I also spotted a starfish. When we had lunch
Angela slipped on a rock and fell into a tide pool. Then we found a bunch of drift
wood and we found a broken drift wood house and we fixed it up. then we went back
through the trail and saw a circle tree branch. We sat in it but dad couldn't lift
me so I just hung there. Then we went back to Eden's house.
