Claudia is starting the Specialist High Skills Major program in Information & Communications Technology. It is a Ministry supported program that allows students to gain added experience in the Information Communication Technology sector and awards them additional accreditation on their diploma upon graduation. Part of the requirement is a 2 credit co-op work term which Claudia is doing this semester. She will soon be working for Rogers Television with their mobile unit, her orientation starts on the 21st.

She is also enrolled in the Humber Dual Credit Program, she starts next week with Orientation on Thursday and then it will be every Thursday afternoon at the North Campus up near Woodbine Racetrack. She is enrolled in Studio Production I. The Dual Credit program is a ministry-approved program that allow students, while they are still in secondary school, to take college courses that count towards the Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) and earn credit toward a postsecondary diploma. The best part is there is no cost to the student. Course tuition, textbooks, materials and transportation is provided by the Ontario Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities.
