What would be a trip without some deer photos. There hasn't been too many deer hanging around the site. Today there were three of them.
After I took this one, it turned to square off against me.

Saturna Island Bound...
Monday we arrived at Saturna Island for a week. We took the Queen of Mayne ferry and had a front row view.
Saturna Island coming into view, it is the largest of the Southern Gulf Islands, but the least populated.

Another one of those signs that don't make a lot of sense. What is a sound powered telephone. Does that mean you have to yell really loud?
This float plane landed and was taking off when we were approaching the island.
I have found that this blog format is easier to keep the girls up to date while I am away.
